365 Project!!

So over on Cafemom in Scrapbooking with Friends (SWF) Group there is a challenge going on. Its call the 365 Project!! Basically what it all boils down to is that we take our camera out to take pictures of special gatherings and holiday, but what about the other days. So the challenge is to take atleast one picture a day of what your day consists of. They are just random pictures of whatever that is around you and what not.

So I have decided to take on this challenge and of course it will get scrapped sometime, lol. It seems like so much fun and I ALWAYS have my camera with me where ever I go! So you that check my blog out will see tons of posts from me.

Welcome New Years!! This is at the stroke of Midnight!! Sorry its blurry!

This is my husband and I bringing in the New Year!! My husband spent most of the night upstairs playing WoW because I was scrapping with my friend!!

My Bestie Misha and I brining in the New Year. We scrapbook the whole night and that is how we brought in the new year.

This is my lovely son in the morning. This is what I get to deal with on a day basis :) and yes that is how his hair looks like everytime he wake up. He is my little monster and does drive me INSANE but I sure do love him. Bringing in the NEw Year was so much fun. Yes we didnt do anything but stay home and relax. I had my bestie Misha and her son over to join us. We scrapbooked the night away, something that was very much needed. The boy played and had a blast. Meanwhile we are scrapping my hubby was upstairs playing WoW (world of warcraf) talking to his buddies and having fun. There wasnt much for him to do downstairs because scrapbooking bores him to death. Overall our new years was AWESOME!!!

Ok ladies so I want to show you what I did!!! Its not the best its my first attempt at doing this!!! So as some of you all know I picked up crocheting!! So far so good and I am so super excited!! I am about to teach myself how to read the patterns so I can make awesome things!! So here is what I did. My attempt at a scarf.

I would like to share my finished products of the presents that I am sending out Late. I was at my Mother in Laws for about a month and its taken me a while to get settled back into my own home. That is the reason my presents AND Christmas cards are going out late. So here is what I did for my Father (hardest one to figure out what I was going to make him)

I also want to say that I did a Gazillion mile long Crochet Chain lastnight. I learned it all by myself!! Yay me!! Hehehe.... Hopefully I will be able to make something AWESOME. Well I hope everyong has a Fun and Safe Holiday.

Where has the time gone?

So its like a couple days before Christmas and I so cant believe how quickly time has passed. I am ALMOST done with all of my Christmas presents that I am making, then I need to send them out, lol. So ya the people I am making these for are going to get a late X-mas gift along with my late X-mas cards, lol. I know I am horrible lol. It just hasn't felt like Christmas to me and I have no clue why. So I really cant put a picture on here of the gift I have been making for Lizzie because she drops in here once in awhile....Hi Lizzie, lol. So here is the Christmas Photos that I took that I will be sending out to family!

So I did a challenge for paper craft junkies on Cafemom. It was a Christmas LO that I did. It was so fun and cute. I believe that its a pencil lines sketch but I am not to sure. Here is the picture of what my layout looks like.

so forgive me but for some reason it loaded up sideways and that is not how it was when I was loading it, weird. Anyways I do love how it came out I need to do another one but I dont have any more xmas photos from last year lol. Oh here is a Christmas Star/ Snowflake that I make.

I also did Mrs. Dee's card sketch challenge for the month. I loved the way it came out too!!! BUT Mr. CJ messed it all up :(  while I was in my scrap room he tore up the card :( Here is a picture of the card before CJ got a hold of it, lol. I am just in a picture mood tonight, I just want to share pictures with you all, lol. So I am going to show you a picture of our Charley Brown Looking Christmas tree, lol. We dont have many decorations but we made with what we have. Soon or hopefully eventually we will have more decorations for the holidays.

Oh and here are a couple of pictures that I took Saturday night when we went to take my friend and her hubby out for dinner. We went to Texas Roadhouse and it was SUPER yummy!!

My Ventures!!

Last night we recieved our gifts that we got in NC for my hubby's present. Well in the boxes was our jar of APPLE BUTTER, greatest thing on this earth, lol. That made me want to make some FRESH biscuits in the morning to have with it!! Then I was thinking well I have been looking at Sonya's Blog because she has some recipes that just look absolutely AWESOME!! She has these two recipes and they are Peanut Butter and Chocolate Crinkles ( not together). It looked SOO easy to make so I was like why not? Well I gave it a try this morning! And Guess what?? They came out ABSOLUTELY AMazing!! I cant believe that I baked them!! I also made some homemade chicken soup. Lets just say that hubby had TWO bowls of the soup. He absolutely LOVED the cookies and let me tell you he his not someone who does sweets!! So now I am going to be trying another one of Sonya's recipe that she has on her blogspot. Stop by and check it out. Well I just wanted to gloat about my makings.

Chocolate Crinkles Peanut Butter Crinkles

Oh Ya I forgot to tell ya all about my birthday! So my friend Misha took me to Olive Garden for lunch and she gave me a bday card she made, super cute! Then we went to her house and made some YUMMY Peppermint Cookies!! When I got home my hubby bought me Carnations(my fav flower) and gave me a massage. It was a GREAT 25th bday for me. me on my bday. I look wrecked lol.

My X-mas Gifts!!

So I have been in the crafty mood. I don't know what it is but I am just wanting to give them gifts that I created. It was a very easy project to do but kind of messy because I used modge podge. They came out so much better then I expected, I want to keep them for myself!! I really do hope that they like it as much as I do! I am still behind on making my gifts. I still have to make Lizzie her bday gift, since shes an old lady, lol and I still have to make her her xmas gift as well. So to say the least my xmas gifts are going to be a tad late. I guess thats what happens when you get to your house on the 11th and are trying to settle back into it. So here check out my notebooks I altered.

So tomorrow the 17th is my 25th Birthday!! Oh Joy, lol!! I can't believe another year has gone by so fast. So what am I going to do for my Birthday? Absolutely nothing really. In the morning I am going to my besties and I think we are going to make some yummy cookies. I also think she is going to take me out to the Olive Garden, yummy. Other then that I am not doing anything at all!!! Who knows I may do some crafts in the evening. I think we are going to have some yummy hamburgers!! On Saturday we are going to Texas Road House and thats my Bday present as well!! So ya another year has gone by and time sure does fly when you are having a great time!!
