9June - To now

Ok I am back to finish up catching you all up on whats been going on.

9June:

So here are my men. CJ wanted to be a Big Boy and sit next to his daddy while they ate lunch. He absolutely did not want to sit in his highchair so in the regular chair he went in. There's Chuck with his mutton chops and other facial hair. I am glad he is back at work because I DO NOT have to see that facial hair. I do NOT like it at all. He looks completely different with and without facial hair. They enjoyed their mac and cheese, lol.

****And this is where I stop taking so many pictures for each day, so now they are going to be here and there with the dates and what not****

10June:

Just another day on our side of town. We didnt do much but just stay at home. CJ was being silly today and I wanted to take a picture of him. He actually posed like this, little fruit cake. He was so silly everytime I snapped the camera he actually had a different pose for me. He thought he was hiliarious and his daddy was being tormented. Not much happened but just staying at home and chilling out.

13June:

Once again another picture of CJ showing me his toy! YAY! LOL. There he is sitting play with his toy and yes in his other hand he has bottle caps. Why does he have bottle caps? Not the slightest idea. He was having fun stacking them and pressing them again the bottom of his foot. My child finds so weird ways to entertain himself. He was also trying to fit his toy in the bottle cap, weird child of mine, lol.

14June:

So we bought CJ some Lightsabers or whatever they are called. He LOVES those dang things. We have to hide them because he annoys me with them. He ONLY wants to play with me with them. If you hand one to his daddy he gets mad and throws a fit! So we put them up because I am not going to play with those dang things ALL day long, lol. He loves them though.

15June:

We took CJ out in the backyard and blew some bubbles for him. We needed to get out of the house for a little bit. It was hot of course but hey he needed to run around and we needed to not feel so claustrophobic either. So here is a good picture of CJ looking at the bubble. I was not a good bubble maker but Chuck did an amazing job at it lol. CJ had a blast and he did not want to come back into the house. We are dealing with terrible twos and its driving us crazy!

17June:

Well since CJ enjoyed the bubbles so much the other day I went out and bought him the bubble lawnmower. He LOVES it. He doesnt like ANYONE messing with it. Granted he wont take it outside and use it but he will use it in the house!! So now I have bubbles to clean up after. Oh how fun that is NOT to do, lol. Oh well such is life lol.

18June:

HAHA can you tell CJ had a hold of the Camera. CJ sure does have some good camera skills. LOL...not really but he sure does try too. He thinks is so funny taking pictures. He will take the picture laugh at it and show it to you even though it has already disappeared off of the screen. Sometimes I have to take it away from him because he messes with the settings to much and ya I dont want him to mess it up. He is a little photographer when he wants to be.

19June:

So this basket is really for his toys that are in the loft. Well CJ decided to dump ALL of his toys ALL over the loft and sit in the basket and tear it apart. Here he is sitting in the basket and showing me what he pulled apart. He sat in that thing for a good while just picking away. Thank goodness he didnt completely destroy the poor thing and it still holds his toys in. I just have to make sure that he doesnt tear it all apart because that stuff is no fun to clean.

21 June:

So Chuck wanted to take a nap on the couch. I did my best to try and keep CJ away from him. Well here is CJ bugging his daddy with a book and of course Chuck is trying to ignore him and sleep still. I swear you cant get a nap in if CJ is up! He is 22months and boy time does go by fast!

23June:

Well as I was getting ready for the day CJ was messing with the cabinets. Well I look down and this is what I see! He was hiding there and he was having fun. Good there there isnt anything under there that he can hurt himself with. He kept himself busy and out of my way. He did not want to come out once I was done. I had to drag him out and he was Mad!!

24June:

So I put on my rob to keep myself warm. CJ went to his room and grabbed his robe. He kept that on until I got him dressed for the day. It was super cute! He LOVES it so much! He looks like such a little man when hes wearing it. He will point out all of the men on his robe. Hes one cute boy!

25June:

Here we are chilling out watching TV. Not to sure what we are watching but here we are lol. CJ is ALWAYS on me some how. Talk about being a mama's boy. He is so going to deny that he was when he is older but I have pictures to prove it lol. I love having a mama's boy but some days it drives me crazy because all he wants to do is just sit on me the whole day. Talk about no personal space at all, lol. I love him to death though and I wouldnt have it any other way.

28June:

So today I spent some time sewing. I made this shirt well minus the sleeves and pockets, I made it all by myself without any help at all. It can out sooo cute. We where watch all the Pirates of the Carribean movies while I sewed. It was a good day. I ended up finishing the shirt. I want to make MORE!! I just need to get the fabric for it. I loved the way it came out and I was so proud of myself!

29June:

So here is the shirt that I made. The headband I am wearing I also made that too. I love it! Its a very comfortable shirt. The headband I dont think it looks right on my head lol, I know I am weird. I Love my shirt and I am very proud of myself for making it!

30June:

So I crocheted this littler turtle for my friends daughter. Well as soo and I was done with it CJ fell in love with it. He was just SUPER excited about it and was giving it kisses and everything. Obviously I didnt make this for him becase of the colors...Pink and green,lol. So I have to make my friends daughter another turtle lol. This took me a day to make with taking a break here and there. He really loves this turtle. I will have to make him one that are boy colors lol.

3July:

So we went to the Duck pond. I Couldnt just pick one picture. I choose to. These are my favorite. My husband and I dont really have many pictures today and of course CJ feeding the ducks. He actually had a duck feed out of his hands. The duck nibbled on him and CJ thought that was funny. After we fed the ducks we walked down to the little play area. CJ was having a blast running around that darn thing. He did fall about 2ft from the ground and hit his head. He is alright and what not. Chuck said I had more fun feeding the ducks then CJ did. I Did have fun, it was nice getting out of the house!

4July:

Well Happy 4th of July!!  My cousin came over to spend the 4th with us. He is out stationed at Ft.Hood....Kileen, tx which is like 3hrs from here. It was nice having him here. Well until it turned into a Bash Jackie day/weekend. We didnt do much on the 4th let alone that whole weekend. We tried to catch the fireworks from our house but they started at 10pm and we didnt know and we were waiting outside at 9 lol. So we just stayed here at home grilled out and got drunk. Our neighbors had a party and they had fireworks so CJ did get to see fireworks. They were setting them off as I was trying to put him to bed so I let him stay up and watch them go off. He thought they were awesome.

5July:

So we rented some games for the xbox 360 and had a blast playing. We got Mortal COmbat vs DC and OMG that was awesome!! I had not played that game in FOREVER!!! I kicked their butts on it. CJ did really good on it too. He almost beat both my cousin and husbands butt at the game. Here is CJ trying to play guitar hero. He is a true little gamer at heart! We know how to bred them the right way lol.

6July:

So I stood up way to late the night before and I had to watch danielle. OMG was I super tired! Well Ms. Dani had a really bad accident and got all over her clothes and my floor so I had to take her a bath and wash her clothes. She had a fever to top it all off. Well her daddy is a Greenbay Packers fan and we are Colts fan so just because she had no extra clothes here we dressed her in CJs Colts jersey so her daddy could see lol. Dani ended up leaving early that day and her daddy was like OMG what have you done to my daughter lol. So this was the funny highlight of the day. Oh ya and I slept most of the day because I was so freaking tired!

8July:

So I have been busy making CJ a monkey! Making these toys are so much fun!! Well here I am super excited because I finished the head!! IT looks so cute to me lol. I was super excited to get the head sewn together and stuffed. I had to hid the head from CJ because he would of been playing with it, lol. So I am off now working on the rest of the monkey!

9July:

So I got my New MFFX mineral foundation. I must say it is the first time ever using it! It is very light and I couldnt tell I had it on. Right now the only problem that I am having is trying to find the right color combo so its Not to light or to dark on me. That is the trick for me because I have never used this kind of foundation before. I liked the way my makeup came out though but the pictures i was taking was not good for me lol.

10July:

So CJ and I went to the Olive Garden with my friend Kelley and her two kids. This is my look for the day, lol. I had so much fun going out to lunch. CJ was HORRIBLE though. We slept in til 9am and he was ready for his nap by 11. I was so embarrassed I didnt know what to do. We had the all you can eat soup, salad and breadsticks! SUPER yummy. I had Chicken Gnocci or something like that. It was Awesome.

12July:

So I finished the MONKEY!!! YAY!!! I was so super excited about it. I worked really hard on it and I think it can out well. CJ had not seen it because I finished it when he was in bed. I was looking over the pattern that I printed out and the pattern that i have save to my computer and found out that my printer didnt print all of the pages. So ya there are some mistakes to this monkey! I loved the way it turned out. It is HUGE too, lol!

14July:

So CJ really loves his monkey. He sleeps with it and brings it into the room with him. Here he is getting ready to pass out with his monkey and turtle, lol. He is so cute! He really loves everything that I make him. Its so awesome to have some appreciate what you do. Well this is all the pictures that I have. I will do my best to try and keep up with the 365 day project but we shall see. Like I said before nothing exciting happens in my life so I may post here and there. Thanks for reading my LONG posts!

28 May - To Now

Ok so I REALLY know that it has been FOREVER since I have last updated. I HONESTLY did not think it was this long! I think I have given up on the 365 day project BECAUSE I seriously dont do anything that is interesting everyday and everyday is the same just a different day. I will of course keep this updated but I am not sure if I will be doing the 365 or not. So here is what I have been up to since the last time I have updated.

28 May:

So today I worked on Twinchies. I am hosting the twinchie swap in my Cafemom group. This is the first time I have ever done twinchies. It was fun but very hard for me to decorate a 2x2 piece of cardstock. It was nice thinking outside the bubble and making something so small and cute.

29 May:

So my husband had his gallbladder removed. I had to take him in early in the morning and I waited all morning for him. I started to get scared because I had not heard anything from anyone and it was like 10:30am and I had dropped him off at 5:30am. They ended up calling me up at 11am to tell me that my husband was out of surgery and wanted me there. I was so relieved when they called me to let me know because I was going crazy worrying about all the what ifs. When we got there he looked really good for just getting out of surgery. He said he felt amazing for just getting out of surgery. He was explaining how the surgery went and how his stitches looked. I started to black out and almost passed out. Yes I know I am a whimp! My hubby laughed at me and said you want to be a nurse? LOL. Yes I do want to be a nurse but if I am around that kind of stuff I dont get all whimpy and what not. So he made it through surgery fine and he has the next 3wks off.

30 May:

Well today I worked on my Recipe cards for a group I was in on meetup.com. It was fun making them. Sorry the picture is sideways and I dont know how to change it, lol. I had fun making these because I got to use some paper that I bought and it is all sparkly and pretty. My recipe cards came out good, but simple just the way I like it. We didnt do much today really.

31 May:

We went to rent a movie. I let CJ down and ya that was a big mistake. Here he is sitting on the floor picking out his movie, lol. We didnt rent any movies instead we bought like 4 movies for SUPER cheap! We went through those movie so quickly lol. I guess thats what happens when there is much to do and your hubby cant do much because of his surgery.

1June:

Well this is what happens when you take your eye off of your child for a second. Here CJ is Praising his "art work" on my wall. Yes it was PERMANENT marker. I tried to wash it off the wall but NO LUCK at all! It can back up! So now I need to figure out how to get the marker off of the wall. I really couldnt be mad at him so I laughed. I know I am such a big kid myself but what can you do? I dont want CJ to think we are always made at him. We told him that was a no no and he has not written on the walls again.

2June:

Well...do you ever look at your spouse or significant other and think about how much you love them and how they have changed your life? Even though my husband and I have hard times we make it through it and all is better. My husband was there for me in SO many ways that I am grateful that he came into my life at the time that he did. Without my husband in my life I honestly dont know where I would be. I cant imagine my life with out him. He means so much to me and I am grateful that he deals with me. I love this man to death. He is my world.

3June:

Here are my two men. It was raining hard and CJ wanted to touch the rain. Here he is trying to reach for the water. He was having a good time trying ti catch the rain. Then once the lightening and thunder started he wanted nothing to do with the rain. He had fun while it lasted. It was to cute watching the two of them outside trying to catch the rain.

4June:

CJ had his first strawberry! He LOVED it!! He wanted to eat ALL of the ones that we had. He didnt like the green tops, which was to funny because he would say eww and would pluck the tops off. CJ is a character in every way possible.

5June:

So this is a rare siting! Here is my husband reading his book! Lets just say we were SO BORED with staying home and not knowing what to do that we resourced out to reading books, lol. I was cleaning and he was helping out with CJ to keep him outta my hair. I caught my hubby reading his book. I dont mind that he is reading I actually wish he read more but ya he can only read for so long before he needs to do other things lol.

6June:

Have you ever altered a paperclip before? Well I had not until I joined in on a swap. It was fun but I went a LITTLE over board and had to make what seemed like a gazillion! CJ LOVED them. With each one he would go show his daddy and play with them for a little bit, lol. It had fun making them. I actually used my cricut for these. I bought the mickey mouse and hello kitty dies though. There were fun but I will never sign up for a crap load of groups lol.

7June:

Yum, yum! Look at that popsicle!! CJ LOVES them. Lets just say that if I wanted to eat one I had to wait til he was in bed sleeping. He wanted ALL of them to himself lol. So here is my baby boy enjoying a raspberry popsicl and showing me my stamp with my name. I love this kid more then life its self.

8June:

So I wanted to get a picture of Cj. Well he had other things in mind. He wanted me to take a picture of him holding one of his toys. Well more like he wanted a picture of his toy. He laughed when I showed him this picture. I bet you he thinks this is the greatest picture, lol. He shows me his toys all the time so I can take a picture of them. Doesnt he know I dont want a picture of his toy? I want a picture of him, my baby boy!! LOL. He is a crazy kid and I love watching him grow up each day.

Ok this is another HUGE post. This month has been Super Busy for us. I cant believe that its almost over in a few days!!

4 May:

Happy Anniversary!!!

Today is our 2nd year anniversary of being married. I can't believe how fast time goes. Two years has flown by. We have had our tough times and our wonderful time and yet we are still holding strong and loving eachother more everyday. We went to Rudy's BBQue for dinner. We had that for our wedding day food and Chuck took us there for our anniversary dinner. It is some super yummy good. I look forward to all the years we have ahead of us. I love this man to no end!!

5May:

I have been cleaning all week getting ready for the in-laws to visit next week. Well here is my couch! All clean of all clean laundry! Do you know what that means? I spent ALL day folding and putting away all of the clothes that seem to consume this couch. I hate folding clothes, lol. I dont mind washing them but ya folding and putting them is another thing, lol. I was so happy that I got my couch cleaned and ALL of our clothes are clean. YAY, go me!!

This day was also a tragic day. My day did not start out good at all. I woke up to a blood turning scream and then a few minutes later a ton of cops showed up two doors up from my house. The scream that I heard was a scream no one ever wants to hear or experience. I heard a lady scream "My Baby!" It really scared me so bad. I looked out to see what was going on but I couldnt see anything. All the worst possibilities came in my head. I honestly made my self sick thinking about what happened. The cops where there almost all morning. I couldnt just sit in the house any longer. As I was getting the kids out to the car I saw my hubbys friend walking by. I talked to him and he had told me what happened. The worst thing that anyone could do took place two doors up from my house. His friend had took his own life and left his son behind and his own mother was the one that found him. Oh I just wanted to cry. It was such a rough day. It was just so hard for me. I wanted to do something but didnt know what to do. As soon as Chuck got home I gave him the biggest hug ever and basically as much as I could I held CJ.

6May:

My little photographer took this picture. CJ LOVES to take tons of pictures. He does take some odd pictures but he also takes some good ones as well. He loves taking pictures and being in pictures. Its too cute, funny, and annoying. There are times that I cant take a picture of him because he wants the camera lol. GRR darn that little son of mine, lol. He is very proud of the pictures that he takes and gets super excited about it.

7May:

This is my Mother's Day Bouquet from Crocheting Moms group on Cafemom. I joined this swap and it is so cool getting all of the different flowers from the ladies that participated in the swap. It is really beautiful!! It is so exciting getting a package and looking at the neat flowers that came in!! I really love my crochet bouquet of flowers!!

8May:

We had brawts for dinner and Chuck invited his best friend over to have some too. Here they are drunk as a skunk. It was truely funny watching them. I just sat there enjoying the entertainment. Boy they are to funny and talk about off the wall things!! I had fun and so did the boys as well. It was a good evening!

9May:

Daddy Shrek?? No! Its Daddy Chuck!! CJ wanted Chuck to wear his shrek ears so being a good sport thats what he did for his little boy. CJ was having a kick out of it. The things that we do for our children. CJ was happy and laughing at his daddy for wearing these shrek ears. Then CJ wanted them back so he could wear them.

10May:

Happy Mother's Day! Can you believe that I didnt take a picture of myself on Mother's Day? LOL! No I did not take a picture of me and there are no pictures of me on Mothers day either. Well we went to the tattoo shops to see if we could find someone to draw Chuck a picture of his tattoo that he wants to get. After that we went to this restuarant called Hu Hot. Its a Mongolian Grill place. We went there once when we first got here and we did not like it. Charley his best friend said it was really good and blah blah blah so we gave it another chance and yes it was horrible. After we got done eating we just stayed at home and chilled out. I enjoyed my day of doing nothing.

11May:

Cleaning, cleaning, cleaning. Thats what I did ALL day. I am so paranoid about my house when I have guests coming over. I cleaned, well deep cleaned the guest bathroom and I dont know what else. I put up pictures that should of been put up like a year ago, lol. They make the house feel like a home. I guess I should of put them up sooner. Well better now then never! CJ LOVES seeing pictures of the family. He points at them and says something and smiles and laughs at them. All I did was clean and put these pictures up.

12May:

All of my hard work of cleaning has made CJ tired. Its so peaceful when he is napping. He took a good long nap and I cleaned MORE and More. I wish that I was CJ and sleeping and getting some much needed rest. It did not happen because I had some cleaning that needed to get done so my house would be ready for our guests!

13May:

Taking a much needed break from Cleaning. Yes this week is going to be FILLED with cleaning until I am satisfied with my house, lol. CJ LOVES being in my lap or on me. Can you tell he is a BIG TIME Mama's Boy? Yes I love that he is a Mama's Boy but man some days it just drives me crazy because all he wants to do is just HANG on me and I cant do nothing. I love this child of mine to death!!

14May:

My best card ever!! I made this card for my Mother in Law for mothers day. I LOVE the way the card came out. I got the stamped image for one of my friends off of cafemom. The stamp is just SOOO cute. THis is my FAVORITE card I wish ALL of my cards look this pretty. I also made his mom a paper bag album to go with the card. That came out great as well.

15May:

Time to get the grandparents. Here they are!! Chuck, CJ, Grandma and Papa in the back. CJ was very shy at first and wanted nothing to do with them. It took a while for him to get comfortable.which is weird. He came around to them though and just had a blast with his grandparents!

16May:

We travelled to Dallas to go see a Rangers Game. Let me tell you this was a SUPER LONG day. OMG It was so long and I wanted it to end, lol. We got up early and left. On out way there I spilt Juice all over my pants and it felt like I had peed myself so we had to stop at a store to get me new pants. On the way there it was POURING. It rained and rained, I was not happy about that because the baseball stadium is open and no retraceable roof either. We finally got there and had fun. It was cold and wet. We headed back home that night which is why it made for a very long day. We had a blast and we were wore out at the end of the day!

17May:

Here is CJ playing with his bubbles that I got him. We went grocery shopping and I saw them for a buck so I was like why the heck not? Its a big wand and he was having fun. Then when it was time to go in he was throwing a HUGE fit. All we wanted him to do was go the the backyard so I would not have to worry about him running into the street. CJ LOVES, LOVES, LOVES bubbles. He gets so excited about it. What is it with kids and bubbles? The little things entertain them the most. How simple is that?

18May:

This was super funny! Cj was having a full blown conversation with his reflection in the window! He was laughing and playing with his reflection. It was so funny I just had to take a picture of him. It looks like hes just looking outside the window but he is really talking to himself and laughing. He is just a character and I love him.

19May:

I tell ya this kid has to do everything his mommy does. My mother in law and I where scrapping and guess who wanted to join us as well? Yes you got it right, CJ. So I had to go get him his tools upstairs so he would just be content and leave us to do our scrapping. Here he is working really hard and "cutting" his paper strips. He loves to "scrapbook" lol but some times he gets on my nerves because he wants MY stuff and not his, lol.

20may:

What is it with my son putting ketchup and mustard in his hair? I swear he thinks its either shampoo or mousse. It drives me bonkers when he does this. He thinks its completely hilarious. Theres not to much you can do but just laugh and take him upstairs to take him a bath. He is a silly boy. Everyday he shows more of his funny character. Not only does he like to but stuff in his hair that doesnt belong there but he LOVES to dance to any kind of music and he SINGS! Its beautiful! Makes him look even cuter then what he is!!

21May:

My baby is 21 months!! OMG only 3 more months til he is 2yrs old! I cant believe how fast the time has gone by. He is a super helper. Here he is with his daddy trying to help him grill dinner. I look back at all he has learned and its just amazing to see the progress. He makes me so proud and happy. I couldnt ask for a better child. Can you tell that I love this child of mine to no end?

22May:

What these pictures dont show you is that my mother in law and I have been working on a dress. It is my FIRST dress that I sewed. It was so fun! I am so glad that she was here to help me out. I understood it but it was just nice to have the option to ask if I was doing something right or wrong. Here I am in my new dress! I am super excited about how it came out. I LOVE IT!!! Chuck and I went on a hot date so it was perfect to wear out. We went and saw Ghosts of Girlfriends Past and Night at the Museum! It was so nice to actually have US time since we dont really know anyone out here to watch CJ for that long. It was just absolutely amazing just to spend alone time with him!

23May:

Instead of helping Grandma and Papa pack CJ was getting into their things. Here he is wearing his grandmas headbands. What a silly boy. He thought it was funny to put them on and even hilarious when I showed him what he looked like. He did give them back to his grandma without a fuss. When we dropped them off I think he was a little sad to see that they were not there. He was looking in the Guest room for them and then he walked downstairs to see if they were there. He misses his grandma and papa.

24May:

CJ did so well with being and going everywhere when his grandparents where here. So we took him to the park to run his energy out of him. He had so much fun. He thought he was the cool kid on the block. He wore his sunglasses the WHOLE time we were at the park. He has not worn those sunglasses since he was like 7months old. He put them on by himself as well. He just looks so freaking cute!!

25May:

I finished the scrapbook page kit that my mother in law brought for me. There are no pictures on it yet because I have not printed any. It was very fun doing these kits. I actually had fun doing it. I just need to learn how to read a ruler better, lol. The kit made 6 pages and I still have paper left over. I will make the cards out of the paper that it shows me how to do. I just need to find some time for me without CJ.

26May:

CJ and Mommy getting ready to watch a episode of True Blood. The books are Amazing and the show is great. Its very addicting. CJ and I also met Kelley and Evan earlier today. They are so sweet and nice. I cant wait to hang out with them again. CJ and I had a great time cuddling and watching TV. My mama's boy!

27May:

Chuck and I finished the whole first Season of True Blood. It was really good and I was so surprised that CHuck was interested and was watching the show. To bad we dont have HBO because Season 2 is starting and ya I have to wait for it to come out on DVD. We might watch it again, lol.

Ok I am so glad that I finally got this updated. I am a slacker...well not really just have been super busy!
